All collections are handled by our Prague office and are carried out in the native tongue of the debtor.
Each collector is comercially skilled, with an in depth knowledge of regional
business, cultures and practices.
Client relationship managment is handled professionally by our office. This is to ensure the
most effective
service can be provided regardless of the time zone. In addition to the regular
monthly reports and status updates,
CBR staff can also provide a complete history of any
contact with any debtor and update with the present status.
